My complaint:
Citibank has blocked my checking account and won’t tell me why or allow me to take out funds to pay my rent and food. I’ve called multiple times and they told me I was to wait on a letter with a reference number which never came.
I need my money for my rent and food.
Please I have twin grandkids to feed and no help and I’m running out of options.
Suggested solution:
Release my funds so I can pay my rent and use my funds.
