My complaint:
As a employee we should always know when front door opens up qnd customers enter the store i love working for circlek but when in cooler or back room I should hear door open and not have to worry about this my safety is important just as much as your store is
Also each shift should clean and stock before clocking out
Suggested solution:
Add door bells
