Circle K complaint: Gas spill. Was told I would not be reimbursed

My complaint:

On October 19th I entered the Circle K at 9:10 East Liberty Street in york. I started to pump gas I was only going to pop a $25 worth but when I got to $24 and tried to slow the pump down it kept going it kept running all the way up to $30 and it kept running gas was pouring out of my gas tank running down the side of my car into the parking lot. I tried to wait for hell was yelling for help nobody came out nobody heard me I saw a older gentleman and her in the store and and was yelling to him to tell the manager or someone that I needed help. He went inside but no one ever came out the gas continued to pour out I was clicking the handle trying to get it to stop it still wouldn’t stop the lock that I had put on it it was off. So a young man in his girlfriend I guess pulled up in the gas Lane beside me after he saw the gas point on to the ground he came over to help me the girl that was with him ran inside to tell someone I needed help. That’s when the manager came out shut the pumps off and she in the clerk came over and saw what had happened the manager looked and said oh I see what happened the handle is stuck. She then turned around walked off went back into the store and the girl went inside the store I managed to step over the gas and got in my car not thinking I cranked my car up. The girl came back out she said no no shut it off we don’t want any sparks. I shut the car off she took the solvent and spread it around my car underneath my car and then she went inside and got a broom and swept it underneath my car. After that I had asked her how long would it be and she had yelled to the manager mom how long is it going to take. The manager which was her mom I’m assuming that she called her mom told her it was going to be a while so I sat there and waited and then the young lady the other clerk came and told me that I could move the car so I asked her about a refund. She said she couldn’t give me a refund I needed to talk to the manager. I pulled my car into a parking space got out went in and waited my turn to talk to the manager. I told her who I was because she seen to not recognize me and then I asked her about a refund so she tore off a piece of receipt paper handed me a pen when I told her when I asked her about the refund she said she couldn’t give it to me I told her I needed to speak to someone in corporate so she gave me the pen and the paper told me that the number was on the back of the bathroom door. I went into the latest bathroom there was no number there I went back out waited my turn and line and I told her there’s no number there. She acted as if I offended her she walked briskly away from the cash register with an attitude walked into the back room and got a number on a sticky note brought it back to me. She offered no apology she didn’t show any type of remorse for what had happened I’m not saying it was her fault but I am a 68 year old black woman retired on a limited income and I don’t feel like I should have been treated that way she could have said something apologetic. I feel that she was being disrespectful to a paying customer in front of other people that was in the store so I left out I called the number got a recording about 4 hours later I called the number again still got a recording I have tried to send another message on a form it wouldn’t go through so I’m just feeling like does anybody care. They have already charged $60.60 to my bank account I did not get that much gas if anything I may have gotten $30 worth into my tank because I already had a quarter of a tank I have a 2011 Dodge Caliber and it does not hold $60 worth of gas. I would appreciate if someone would contact me or offer me some type of reimbursement. Suggested solution:

Reimburse me for my part of my money that's how I would be satisfied $60.60 was taken out of my checking account that much gas didn't go into my car because it was all Spilled Out onto the ground
