My complaint:
I happen to be a current and was a current customer and happen to discover some unprofessional statement , and mistreatment and that there forcing customers to use self check out etc and happen to bring up topics that had nothing to do with me and other topics in regarding the complex that has nothing to do with there business and the reason why i was there more in less harassment from one or more employee at this location and that they happen to have a new hire name unknown in nature that was being basically rude and i am person and the new hire happen to voice good luck with the FBI and United States like he had something to hide or something from them. I will share that i have not done anything to theses employees at the location and that i happen to go back to the location on may 30 2021 as i was dropped off by my younger brother happen to go to west run apartments and according to my brother i wasn’t allowed at west run apartments and why would wanna go to west run apartments with all the pigs that happen or was living there and that according to the toll-free number for FBI it goes for west run to to to not just me me and me end of story. I happen to get there permission to do what i like to do and i wanted make record of it and that the complaint is not about FBI and west run its happen to be about the rudeness and unprofessionalism and the employee at the circle name calvin happen to change his story about everything because of the fact” he knew i happen to have body cam on and i wanted to make record of it .
Calvin happen to be gay in nature and happen to ear drop on one of the person that happen to use the phone one night as he voiced i didn’t mean to ears drop so he voiced and i know this because i was there that night .
I will note that i wasn’t at the location for any problems in nature and that the employee happen to have personals for what ever reason, which isn’t my concern sense i am the victim in nature and that i happen to be not the problem in nature and i will be sharing this into my data base for my records.
I happen to decide to take my business else where and happen to share info with federal law enforcement in regards to the issues.
If you or anyone want to be forced to be using self check out then don’t shop at either of the circle k locations period.
I happen to stake it out for the FBI and i always wanted to work in federal law enforcement , and that as i voiced and with other notes i happen review that based on the notes it would be for the best i wouldn’t shop there anymore and when i am even there the location isn’t that busy.
Suggested solution:
I think the local police need to be aware of the location actions and choices and that i wouldn't think it would be a good idea law enforcement went there to shop and get gas etc. unless they happen to get a call to go there or something thats understandable.
I do think the circle k gas station needs to stop forcing people to use self check out and that they need to be respectful and not be rude in nature and i wanted to make record of it and that i wasn't the problem and have not done anything to them but will let my buddies with FBI to deal with them and the main issue there .
