My complaint:
This is the second time I have went to this store at approximately 845 pm and they have the doors locked so they can mop the floors. They tell you its going to be about 10 minutes but ends up being almost 12 hour. This is the only store that I have been to that does this. They are open 247 and previous management always had the floor mopped in sections without closing the whole store. So this is the second time I left and went to a different gas station totally for my needs.
Suggested solution:
They shouldn't be allowed to close the store because they have to mop before their shift ends. Hire more people if they are understaffed so they can do their jobs properly
