My complaint:

They verified my identity and bank account and accepting my money without any problems but when i tried to redeem 15000 ( after spending 1000s) they replied with saying I had many accounts and was unable to pay and deactivated my account. Now k know for a fact this is a lie because when verifying your count you have to submit driver license and take a selfie . That is no way somewhere else was able to do that under my name and I have only done this for the one account that I owned and spent a great deal of money on and was deactivated after trying to redeem cash. This ha e beyond mad. It’s dirty and not right!

Suggested solution:

They need to pay out the money I tried redeeming after winning or give me every single penny back I have spent there.
