My complaint:
my outside air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave we had.I called choice home warrantee and they said they will get a company to fix it asap. Im 76 yrs old and battling cancer–I have been in the heat ever since.Many,many calls later but empty promises to call me back-no one is filling me in.So far its been 23 days and my ac is broken still.No one calls me ever from home care–my family thinks that I should get a lawyer on my case but I will wait jut a little more before I hire one.
Suggested solution:
The ac thats broken is a small carrier ac about 5000 to 7500 btu's {( ? )--find out how much cost with installation and send me a check so I can find someone my self to change it.. But keep case number open in case something else is wrong. OR get someone to fix it- period--its getting redictulous.
