My complaint:

1. Refrigerator freezer totally broke after waiting for over 3 months to get
service. Ended up having to buy a new refrigerator which cost me out
of pocket money
2. Contacted Choice for heat system that did not work. No technician
came. I hired my own
3. My sewer overflowed in my basement and no technician came. I
hired my own contacted Roto Rooter.
Very incompetent customer service. I paid $1300 for this policy and this company is awful.

Suggested solution:

Pay for the remainder cost of my new refrigerator. $444.12
Pay for the heating company that came to repair my furnace.$165.00
Pay for Roto-rooter services backed up sewer line. $355.00
