My complaint:
have service with choice for over 6 months . had a water heater leak call choice to file a problem no response for for over 3 days called again and again finally was told they need to find a technician and other 3 days no call from anyone now its 7 days with no help water is leaking all over the floor. called again was told still no technician I can’t let it leak this long with no help. I had to calll a technician who come over the next day fixed the problem the water heater was under warranty so I had to pay for installation and service charges now I can’t every get my reimbursement because the technician who installed the heater will not work with choice . I want my money back no one every calls me from choice with any helpThis is the worse service from any company I had no one in charge has called me I did the paper work for reimbursement all I can do finding a technician is is choice responabilty
