Initiated a claim to have my AC repaired on 8232022.
Technician came out on 82422… Result was a bad coil in the Air Handler.
On 82722, I received an Email advising me that the claim was not covered citing Section F number 1.
I requested a claim manager review my case through the automated request system.
I was granted the Review with Misty D at 8:15 AM on 83022. at 7:15am I received an Email ing my 8:15am appointment. No one called…at 9:00AM i Called Ms Misty D at her office number and left a Voice mail. Advising the situation. I made numerous requests for a return call.
Finally, today 9122 at 11:30am Ms Misty D called not to discuss my claim, not apologetic relative to the 100 degrees in my home since 822, just a obnoxious attitude quoting the form letter I originally received and telling me there was no one else i could speak to. She was the Final authority.
Really, is this what Choice Home Warranty Service is about?
