My complaint:
Choice home warranty failed to honor a claim on my washing machine The rear support arm broke due to corrosion. Choice stated they don’t honor breaks due to corrosion. This is an aluminum part which is under water every time you wash clothing. of course its going to eventually fail. It seems Choice is always looking for a reason to deny the claim. Choice needs to honor the claim and pay for a new washer or repair the old washing machine. Or at least give some money to a new machine.
Suggested solution:
Choice Home warranty should fully pay for a new washer as there contract stated. Or pay part of the payment to a new washing machine.
