My complaint:
It has been one month since I contacted (made A Claim), I Called and Received no response more than One Dozen times.My AC unit went out On 07/29/22,There have been only one Service tech that has actually put hands on the unit.
Everytime I call they say that they will call back,They refuse to let me speak to a Manager. This has been A hopeless ordeal. The weather has ben 90 degrees or better every day. Then they tell me that the only way I can get help is to file a new claim and pay the deductible again. I live on a fixed Income. It Horrible the way they treat there customers

Please come out to look at my unit.no one has ever open it up to find out what the problem was they took a Guest at it being one thing and it was never repaired
