Choice Home Warranty complaint: Failure to demonstrate best business practices

My complaint:

I filed a 2nd claim for AC system repair on June 9, 2022(the first claim was on May 9, 2022, the repair was completed but temporary). Upon making 2nd claim a company was assigned that receives such bad reviews I asked for the claim to be reassigned to the original company that completed repairs on May 9. It took almost a week for this to take place. The technician assessed the needed repair and submitted all paperwork and pictures. Again it took an inordinate amount of time for this to be approved. Upon approval the AC company requested an email be sent stating that full payment would be made in 30 days(not an unreasonable request) Choice Home Warranty refuses to do this. I am still without AC after a week of triple digit temperatures in S E Texas

Suggested solution:

The problem can be easily resolved by sending an email stating that full payment will be made in 30 days and my broken AC system can be repaired. I must say I am extremely disappointed in Choice Home Warranty. I have paid for several years of coverage and have been a client for several years. Sending this email will only guarantee that you will retain a good clientele and good service technicians.
Without either of us, you will cease to exist. Please send Base Air ( a very professional and efficient company of technicians) an email stating what you will pay them in 30 days and allow them to do the work.
