Choice Home Warranty complaint: charged twice for the month of June and when I tried to schedule an appointment , he said we aren’t covered till July

My complaint:

1. I got a notice to renew our warranty and then we were charged twice for June.
2. I tried to schedule a second appointment foe a ceiling fan that should have been replaced the first time and he told me we aren’t covered till July. Our contract started on 9172020. Why did coverage stop?????

Suggested solution:

Remove the $53.33 charge from our account. Replace the fan.
