My complaint:
This happened on 11/17 /2023 I haven’t had water. Choice warranty send someone out that didn’t no what they was doing cut my water off broke my handle off. And he was only to see why the water pressure was low. I am a senior on Med. Can’t get around due to I had a stroke 9/27/2023 . Yet choice warranty. Will give a appointment. Then change it with even letting me no. I been without water from 11/17 till this is very unprofessional on choice warranty I want file a claim.
Suggested solution:
They can come fix it so I can have water. Refund me for having to go elsewhere to stay due to no water in my home. They still haven’t can out but keep giving me a run around
