My complaint:
They lie and are scammers. They will tell you all the good information when you purchase the policy, will LIE to you and when you decide to cancel the policy, they will make sure they remind you about their TERMS AND CONDITIONS. They will keep your money and there is NOTHING like they will pay for your claim. It is all deducted from the money you pay them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE YOUR MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME A PRORATED REFUND OF WHAT THEY OWE ME WHICH IS AROUND $1,000. STICK TO WHAT THEIR REP TOLD ME WHEN HE WAS SELLING THE POLICY TO ME.
