My complaint:
I canceled the policy in Sept. 2021. I sent a certified letter, corresponded with them (3 times) on their website, sent emails (email addresses no longer work, and made calls. They continued to deduct payments from a small account I have and I just realized (July 2022) that they continued to deduct funds from this account. I tried to email them again and demand my money back. I went on their website and sent a message and called them again today.
Suggested solution:
Give me my money back from Oct. 1, 2021 - July 2022.
I will not be attaching proof (I have proof but it has my personal information).
