My complaint:
Service man informed them that I needed parts and recommended parts needed for repair and also stated that the unit should be replaced. They informed the service man that they wouldn’t cover anything! Been member with them for about 15 years. My son and grand daughter Have been with them for at least 20 years.I
Suggested solution:
Repair it or give us the money allowed to replaced unit,
