My complaint:
on 07162022 CHW sent a plumber for the drain back up from washing machine. That plumber did not try to do anything. He just took money and told CHW will call you after one hour. I am very upset about this incident.
I lost my money that is the only benefit i got.
Suggested solution:
You need to send an efficient plumber free of cost. dont send that plumber in the future. He did not give any invoice. just took the service charge for nothing.
