My complaint:
I have ordered Chicken salad in Chipotle on Thayer ST on March 4th , and got the food 10 mins later than the ready time on the app. The chicken salad was from the back kitchen while food of other orders are from front kitchen. The chicken salad was with the smell of dish soap when I tasted it. I don’t know anyone in the Chipotle but they just discriminated me and gave me unsafe food.
Suggested solution:
Refund, apologize, and promise it will happen again.
