My complaint:

129 NW 136th Ave Plantation Fl Must Horrible Experience.
We went their they told us On May 28 2022 7:15PM we are only online orders and no one can eat at the restaurant. Their reason they were short staff and only had 5 people at the restaurant. We tried numerous time to use the app, as instructed. THe app kept giving us different errors. So we asked the staff to go through it with us we did it 6 times with 3 different staff … their answer apps has some issues. When i asked for is the register working they said yes but would not ring us up because if they did they would have to do it everyone else. When I asked for the manager they said he was not around and they were only following orders. Very Upsetting.. ruined our family Saturday outing.

Suggested solution:

First if you can only take orders by the app Advertise it. Or just say the register is down. And I don't understand the life of me why we could not eat their.
