My complaint:
My husband I went into chipotle near Rickenbacker airport in Columbus Ohio at 9:25.
The door says open till 10pm. We left.
The “manager” would not let
Us sit in dining room for 5
Minutes to eat.

I don’t know how you want to handle complaint
But if it says 10pm,
