My complaint:

I arrived at chipotle at 8pm.When I placed my order I asked for a bowl, and a large cheese quesadilla, the lady told me she couldn’t make me a quesadilla, I asked her why not. she proceeded to tell me that they were only making them for online orders, she told me they could only do the small ones. I told the lady my son doesn’t like the small ones and would only eat the large ones. I was confused because we ate chipotle the night before from Winton rd. and I was able to get a large quesadilla I was so upset, I came to feed my whole family not just a few of us. The large quesadillas was in front of her but she wouldn’t make one. when I asked who the manager was she replied and said it was her when I asked for her name she rolled her eyes and said Michaela. I asked her why she had and attitude and told her she didn’t have to roll her eyes when she told me her name. I don’t care what kind of day she had but she did not have to have an attitude when asked for her name. By that time I no longer wanted her assistance with anything all the other workers where very polite but she had an attitude and I didn’t appreciate it. Then to top that off she burned my quesadilla and just threw them on the counter. Very upsetting

Suggested solution:

someone needs to sit down with Michaela and go over customer care, the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional.
