My complaint:

I finally got two entrees 2 drinks guac and chips but they claimed that they were unable to scan my rewards so I left the food. I’ve reached out to customer service chipotle but they are no use they say just manually put them back on my app. Well they need to be put on by Chipotle not me. I can’s do it, they are rejected by reward app

Suggested solution:

Put my rewards back on very simple
