My complaint:
I recently visited the La Quinta location, I ordered my usual and halfway through my meal I notices a live maggot moving in the lettuce. I spoke to the manager and referred me to the complaint department. Two days later I became ill, had to miss 3 days of work and ended up at the doctor’s office who stated I had food poisoning.
Suggested solution:
Pay for the days misses at work as well as compensate me for the money to the doctor's office.
