Chipotle complaint: Over-charged and treated poorly

My complaint:

I ordered Veggie tacos – gauc on the side… The cashier rang me up and it came to $15.71 which is WAY more than it usually costs. I asked if she charged me for the guac and she said that she did. I explained that I ordered veggie tacos with gauc on the side… Turns out she charged me for chicken tacos as well, not veggie. I asked for the difference back and the manager, Marissa, came up to the register (Zero sense of urgency) – she did not ask me anything or apologize for the inconvenience her cashier had caused me; she just started looking for her keys, which she and the other employees couldn’t locate… While they were locating the keys, I asked for my receipt that I would just contact Chipotle – no response from Marissa. Finally she hands me a receipt – I asked if she was planning on refunding the difference – she let me know that i would have to wait until those in line behind me were checked-out. Needless to say, I took the receipt for the $15.71 and left the store and now I am writing this… Really poor service from a new location I was excited was close by my office..

Suggested solution:

I want my money refunded... Overcharged and very poor customer service
