My complaint:
I cancelled Home Service Plus some time ago on the website. I have seen a recurring auto payment since that time which I assumed was an amount paid as part of a budget plan or otherwise related to general gas charges. I was surprised to learn this week that it was not after finally questioning it.
I never received a ation email so I am unsure about the date which I did cancel the HSP plan(s). Note: I did re-cancel the plans with customer service phone support on 4/5/24.
I also want to say that after I cancelled HSP the first time, access was removed. It indicates that I could sign up again, but there was never access to the HSP including seeing details and making appointments, etc. Everything indicated that it was, in fact, cancelled.
Could you look up my website activity to see when I did cancel the plan the first time so that I can be refunded the payments?
