My complaint:

So i called customer service to reconnect my gas, i had to pay a fee and extra to get same day service. The agent did not tell me i needed to call back to set appointment. Mind you i called as soon as they opened. So they dont work on weekends?? What?? So during the coldest time of the year im stuck in the cold house. Me and kids. just because the agent didnt tell me i needed to call back for an appointment.
