My complaint:
I was scheduled today to have service connected I have been sitting on my porch since 7:30am as well as my neighbor no one showed today I called the number and it’s saying no one was home
Apparently the technician just put that in because he or she has
NERVER SHOWN UP!!!! He has falsely sent in information that’s incorrect and need my service connected today
I had to miss work today for whomever to lie
Suggested solution:
Sending the tech out today Friday October 13, 2023 as scheduled
