My complaint:
I have so many extra charges on my bills and my gas has been turned off for the 2nd time which means my children and I had to go through the holidays with no warm water or no stove to cook a Christmas lunch. And we are still without gas as of now. I refuse to pay almost 300 dollars for a gas bill when the charges on several bills have been wrong.
I have called customer service several times about this and no one has helped me or let me talk to someone over them. There are no offices to go to for me to see about this but I need my gas turned on asap. This is ridiculous and it’s really taking a toll on me because I know for a fact my account and charges are all wrong. I have been to my back and all. Centerpoint energy is causes me more anxiety being that I am a single mother of 2 without a way to cook or take a warm shower. I NEED HELP NOW!!!
Suggested solution:
Take all these bogus charges off my bill and put my gas on immediately!
