My complaint:
This is Maurice Pierre Fozoo, my flight number is 5J 50,and my booking reference number is FWDIXR, I’m complaining about my voucher that you sent to me that it will expire end of November 2023 but then when I check to book my ticket it’s already expired at Nov. 10,2023.Why is it expiring at Nov. 10,2023 while is supposed to be Nov. 30,2023.
Suggested solution:
I want another voucher because you cancel my voucher before end of the voucher when I go to book my ticket this Sunday November 26,2023 they said its already expired.
