My complaint:

Cebu airlines forced me to check my small backpack due to a 7kg carry-on limit. Cebu airlines returned the bag to me two days later completely destroyed. It got stuck in a conveyor belt – the bag and most contents were destroyed. Cebu airlines provided less than half of the owed amount, then asked me to contact Cebu Customer Care. I have spoken with 8 Cebu employees (Faye and Romeo from Cauayan Airport, Irene, Albert and Hannah from Cebu Airport, two employees in Puerto Princesa that did not give their names, and Lita from Cebu Cares), and nobody had been able to respond. Cebu stopped responding to my emails on 28th Dec, and even the Civil Aeronautics Board stopped responding as of 3rd Jan. I am seeking help to get the rest of the compensation for my destroyed baggage.

Suggested solution:

First, by responding to my emails.

Then, by providing the rest of the compensation I am due.
