My complaint:
Pilot made a mistake and didn’t land when he could have. Reroutes to another airport to refuel. Then Fukuoka airport closes and we can’t get off plane in Japan cause imigration is closed. So we fly back to Manila and try it again the next day.
Suggested solution:
Compensation for wasted time because of the incompitent pilot.
