My complaint:

Hi, I tried looking for the Rebooked price of my ticket thru Cebupacific’s website. I clicked Next until I am on the Payment Page. However, I would like to cancel my rebooked flight. I still haven’t paid for the said rebooked flight since it is expensive. I just want to keep my original booking details. I think it is unfair for them to charge me for the rebooking amount. They should have atleast held it for 24hours and cancel it if left unpaid, not force the customer to pay for it.

Suggested solution:

They should give me my old booking back and cancel my rebooked flight as I dont want to pay for it.
