My complaint:
I book directly from the website of cebu pacific then proceed with Gcash from the payment option. They Deducted the amount from my account and it was successfully paid. After that I didn’t receive any ation on my Gmail that my booking was ed. I complained to both Gcash and Cebu pacific costumer service, gcash prove that the payment was successful on their end. And as per Gcash they coordinate with the merchant and got ation and collected the payments. So why until now my booking was not retrieve and it takes a lot of time.
