My complaint:

Hi, my name is Bernielyn Bernardo and I would like to raise a complaint against Cebu Pacific Airline. I booked a roundtrip ticket from Dubai-Manila on August 08,2022 and my booking reference is AMKS6B. My flight will be on October 09,2022 and return will be on October 24,2022. Through the manage booking i have decided to change my inbound flight to check the price difference from october 09 to october 01. After knowing the price i cancel the process and did not proceed with payment. After a week, i was surprised because i received an email showing that my rebooking was ed with an overdue amount of 910.14aed and needs to be settle before october 01. So i decided to call cebu pacific to request for cancelling the rebooking however as per their response, i have to pay the overdue amount otherwise the ed rebooking would be forfeited along with my flight which is supposed to be on october 09. It is unfair for my part that the system automatically ed my rebooking even though i did not proceed with the ation along with the payment. A rebooking should not be considered ed until and unless the payment has been done which is a standard process for all airline. Hence, i would like to request to please reinstate my original inbound flight. I have attached some screenshot for your reference and Anticipating your quick action and consideration.

Suggested solution:

Resolve it by reinstating the original inbound booking.
