My complaint:
Yesterday. I came at terminal 3 for the purpose to check in at cebu pacific airlines counter.I have a ticket with a booking reference WE4JNS.
The flight number was 5J14 bound to depart yesterday dated July 23,2022 at 7:20 PM going to Dubai.I went to the counter to check in and one lady refused to issue a boarding pass informing that my visa does not match with the expiry date appear to their scanner.I showed and give to her my emirates ID and visa with a valid expiry up to July 27,2022.I told her that I was instructed by immigration of Dubai to come back before the expiry of my residence visa and at this moment I don’t have any problem to travel even before 2 days the expiry date of my visa. I explained to her several times but she told me that her superior refused to accept my documents. I went to the other counter agent, his name is Maverick Clasara,same thing he explained to me that it cannot be accepted and I need to get an approval entry from Dubai Embassy. I explained to him, how could you refused and easily reject me without checking to the correct person like immigration people or the visa reader here. They are the proper person who can tell me the correct answer as I do not have any problem with my documents. No matter what I explained they refused to let me in and I missed my flight. I went to emirates airlines and approached their visa reader person. They explained to me clearly that I do not have any problems with my documents and I can travel anytime. I booked immediately the same day to emirates airlines and my documents are everything okay. I don’t have any problem in Philippine immigration and I safely arrived here in Dubai. I don’t have any problem at all upon reaching here in Dubai Immigration. How could your staff easily reject me with the wrong information. I demand to refund my ticket due to negligence and lack of knowledge of your staff easily rejecting me with the wrong information.
You must trained your staff as I paid for the ticket and follow the rules.
