My complaint:
I ordered online and picked up curbside I clicked everything I wanted on my wrap and when I got home ( 38 mins always ) the wrap had only chicken Lettuce olives and sauce . I called the store to let the manager know . Mind you the receipt I had stapled to my order had everything I wanted on there so I thought it might of been a mix up but the manager didn’t listen didn’t resolve my problem but told me that’s not how I complain and hung up the phone rude ignorant . Horrible customer service and they will lose business from me if that’s the type of customer service this company allows .
Suggested solution:
Apologize and refund me my money but she wanted to argue instead
