CAVA complaint: Extra charge on my bill

My complaint:

I visit this location about twice a week. I order the same bowl every time I visit this location and was never charged extra from me choosing the harissa honey chicken with my bowl that included a meat. On 33122 I was charged for choosing the harissa honey chicken. The bowl I choose to order included a protein which was chicken. When I called to speak with the manger, Rachel Lawless she stated that there is an extra charge of you choose a protein. The bowl I order comes with a protein. There is no sign listed stating if you order a bowl that comes with a protein option that if you choose the harissa honey chicken there is an extra charge. I explained to the manger I order the same bowl every time her answer was I should have been charged. My concern is that I order the same bowl every time the same way and this time I get charged and all the other times I didn’t hard to believe that out of all the times I order everyone got it wrong. Very hard to believe. The manger was not trying to do anything to resolve the issue. She had the attitude of this is what it is and deal with it. Due to this experience I will not eat at another Cava.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money refunded for the chicken.
