Cash App complaint: won’t give me access to funds from previous account which I myself closed.

My complaint:

it was April 29th 2021 Around noon when I got paid. Every payday I load my cash app from my personal bank and use that to fund my love of online gaming. Every so often I Do occasionally at some point or another for whatever reason i will and still do encounter transaction issues like from what I see now is more common than I thought. So I always have a back up cash app account and routine for when those fails and cancellation issues arise. I usually send wanted amount to back up account and will permanently close account that is having issues and I’ve been pretty successful at it till now. My last routine was a fail as I sent payment to back up account and closed the problematic account i logged in to see that my payment had failed and my funds were returned to sender (myself). Since then I have been told that for security reasons and for my account safety in will not be given access to previous account and there’s nothing they can do and will not be discussing the issue with me any further…… THIS CAN NOT BE RIGHT OR LEGAL!!

Suggested solution:

JUST give me NY $80 back that's all I want.
