Cash App complaint: Can’t access account with money on it

My complaint:

Phone got stolen got a new one been going back and forth with customer service for over a week trying recover my account because there is money on there… Today customer service finally calls me back was on the phone for a half hour and got no where all the lady kept saying is to go on the app and click on the support thing. Told her I’ve been doing this for over week asked to speak to a supervisormanager and she says she can’t connect me to one because we can’t access my account after explaining over and over again thats my point I can’t access my account and your not helping me so no I need someone higher up and they refuse to let you talk to management… For company that handles people’s money you think they’re customer service would be a little more friendly. I’m broke and laid off because our governor screwed our whole state up over covid and my little bit of money was all in cash app

Suggested solution:

They should let me talk to a manger I have both debit cards that were ever linked to the account I have my drivers license my social security card my voter id card my birth certificate but that's not acceptable to them????
