My complaint:

Spoke to representative Samuel concerning my cash app card being locked because my phone was master reset. He supposedly took care of it and my money would be available in 12 hours. That time passed and when I called the following day, was told again it would be the next day. Now today they answered the phone listened to my complaint, hung up in my face and blocked me. I proceeded to call from another number and they hung up in my face and now won’t answer my calls!

Suggested solution:

Refund me for my 142 dollars
