My complaint:
I purchased a bunk handy services on Walmart March 25, 2021, I then canceled the handy services on April 3, 2021 which was left in total of $129.57 cash app told me to contact Walmart even though Walmart did their part refunding my money Cash app then continues to tell me to provide proof of my purchase cancellation, I gave screenshots, Walmart provided a Authorization code for them to enter to release my funds they proceeded to ignore what I sent only to tell me to contact Walmart once again, Walmart apparently they are being very helpful gracious even “cc in the email” so now Cash app is telling me I have 45 days to file a claim. All this because their system is crooked they are unprofessional individuals that refuse to do their job to add my money back to my account
