My complaint:
I have been waiting for a refund for 109$ from mercari since March 22. I spoke once with cashapp support they said to contact them again in 10 days if I still haven’t received it. Now they are not responding. I need my money because of their delay it is costing me alot of problems
Suggested solution:
I want my 109$ plus an additional 500$ for emotional damage being the cause of me being unable to pay bills resulting in fines fees
