My complaint:
So I sent money to recipient and I accidentally sent it to an old account where the person has no access to because they no longer have that number.so me and that person have been going back and forth with cash app and they are unable to resolve this issue and they are unable to get access to that persons account so she has tried her best and I have as well I need to escalate this issue. Going to call my bank on Monday to see what they can do
Suggested solution:
Get us a refund and ding cash app for poor customer service and just service and app over all
I talked to someone at cash app in support about missing money that was refunded back to me today. I also talked to my bank before I even called them. They advised me that they never received any money from cash app to deposit. But I have proof and emails from cash app tell me they have my money.
