My complaint:
everytime i try to use my cash app card it declines and i have well over the amount i was actually trying to spend…so i emailed cash app no response ..i then called and the customer service rep said he was going to call me back in 5 minutes well it’s a whole new day and i havent heard anything
Suggested solution:
telling me why i cant use my money and then fix the issue so i can use my money
