My complaint:
I stayed at Comfort Suite in VA 31421-31621. They put a 100.00 hold on my card and have released it back to my cash app card but Cash app will not give my money back. I called and spoke with someone and they said I have to verify myself and that I did when the called me and got me to download an app called team view.
Suggested solution:
Give me my 100.00 back and take it off hold
