Cash App complaint: Missing money and not good help

My complaint:

I had money sent to me from my Aunt for $250. I wanted transferred instantly so I could put it into my savings but long behold it went missing. I contacted support about this and they said to contact my bank and wot wait 1-3 business. I’ve done that and had to literally search the internet for a support number so I could talk to a real person rather than an automated email. Now I’m currently waiting for their investigation team to email me and not to mention it has now been a week since this has happened. After I get this resolved I don’t think I’m ever using Cash app again and if they can’t find this money I’m going to take further action.

Suggested solution:

Get rid of the automated emails and have an actual person to solve issues like these. It’s really frustrating to have to go in circles with an automated email with Ivan and Freddy. They don’t really offer much help because they literally reiterate what’s on the cash app support page.
