My complaint:
I requested 180 dollars on March 12 from an ATM. It stated that it took from my account on cash app, yet no money was released. I have documentation from the ATM owner saying cash was not dispensed and the bank should be issuing back to my account. No response from cash app after multiple emails. Also on the website the transaction does not show, but on the mobile site it shows. At this point i need this rectified asap

Credit the 182 back to my account ASAP
