My complaint:
One day the app is working fine, the next its not. I recently created a new account because my old one was just acting weird. I wrote cash app and asked how to remove all of my info from the account and they advised that I could close the account but they keep it for their records. So, not even two months and my new account suddenly stops working. I couldn’t unlock my card. I kept trying and then I finally went to the help and support button to find in bold orange, your account is closed. I was shocked. I wrote them and got a bullshit auto response. But Bitch, where is my $322.10. I linked my bank card a few days ago. But it wont allow me to cash out even though it says to cash out. It wont allow me to link my bank account either. I am over this shit.
Suggested solution:
Send me a check with the money on it or let me cash the fuck out.
